Packliste für deinen nächsten Naturtrip: Must-Haves für jede Outdoor-Tour

Packing list for your next nature trip: Must-haves for every outdoor tour

Whether you're planning a leisurely hike or a real adventure, having the right equipment is essential. Don't worry, you don't have to trek through the mountains like a Sherpa. With this slim packing list, you'll be well prepared and still look casual. Of course with a sustainable touch, as befits real Alpine children!

1st The right layer system

The weather in the mountains is known to be as moody as a teenager. Sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold, and then suddenly rain – but don’t panic, with the layering principle you are on the safe side:

  • base layer: Functional underwear that keeps you dry when things get sweaty (and they will!).
  • middle class: An insulating sweater or fleece that retains heat.
  • outer layer: A wind and water resistant jacket to protect you from the elements.

2nd Sustainable and functional headbands and beanies

Now it gets practical! Headbands and beanies are the real heroes of your outdoor wardrobe. Our performance headbands keep sweat away so you don't look like a wet sponge. No feeling of wetness, quick-drying - perfect for summit climbing. And of course damn good looking. Small enough to carry with you everywhere, and practical enough that you'll love it.

3. Good hiking boots

There is nothing worse than having blisters on your feet after a hike. So, put on your well-worn, waterproof hiking boots! Your feet will thank you, especially when the path gets bumpy.

4. Rucksack

A comfortable backpack with enough storage space for your equipment is essential. Look for a model with good back ventilation and comfortable shoulder straps. Sustainable backpacks made from recycled materials are an environmentally friendly choice. And remember not to take anything unnecessary with you – after all, you are not on an expedition to Mars.

5th Sustainable drinking bottle

Hydration is important on every tour. Instead of disposable plastic bottles, you should have a reusable drinking bottle made of stainless steel or BPA-free plastic. Not only is it environmentally friendly, it also keeps your water cool for longer.

6th sun and weather protection

You wouldn't believe it, but even when it's cloudy, the sun can give you a real kick. Sunscreen, sunglasses and a light hat or headband (you already have one of ours with you!) are a must. And if it does get wet, pack a poncho – better than being completely soaked.

7. Multifunktionstuch (Neckwarmer)

Who would have thought that such a small cloth offers so many possibilities? Warm your neck or even use it as a mask.

8th snacks for energy

Energy gels, cereal bars or dried fruit are ideal for replenishing your energy reserves during the tour. Choose environmentally friendly packaged snacks or pack them yourself in reusable containers

9th emergency kit

Whether it's a plaster, a multi-tool or a rescue blanket - with a small emergency kit you are prepared for everything. Okay, maybe not a bear, but everything else! A compass or GPS device should also not be missing in remote areas.

10th garbage bag

“Leave nothing but your footprints” – this principle applies to every outdoor tour. A small garbage bag or, even better, a dog poop bag in your backpack will help you take your garbage with you and keep nature clean. Maybe you already have a roll of dog poop bags in each of your backpacks since our last blog post “Trash on the Mountain” – so you are well prepared! And if you still have space, why not also take away the garbage of those who do not take responsibility so seriously and are not role models?

RESULT:

With this packing list you are ready for your next adventure – whether it is a leisurely hike or a multi-day tour. Look for sustainable gear to protect nature and pack with style. And hey, don’t forget your WOODMAN WEAR headband – you’ll love it! :-)
